Liquid Waterproofing Membranes

These membranes are applied as a liquid and cure into a seamless protective layer. Ideal for irregular surfaces and complex areas like roofs and balconies.

Modified Bitumen Membranes (MBMs)

These are enhanced asphalt materials, used in low-slope roofing and waterproofing, with excellent resistance to extreme temperatures and UV exposure.

MBMs are typically used in low-slope or flat roofing applications, although they can also be used in waterproofing applications such as basements, foundations, and tunnels. They are often installed as multi-layer systems that include a base layer, one or more reinforcing layers, and a surface layer.

One of the primary advantages of MBMs is their excellent resistance to temperature extremes and UV radiation, which makes them well-suited for use in areas with high sun exposure. They also have good flexibility and can resist cracking and splitting caused by freeze-thaw cycles.

There are several different types of MBMs available, including SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene) and APP (atactic polypropylene) modified bitumen membranes.
